1. Booking and Confirmation
Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or credit card guarantee, equal to 30% of the total amount. The balance can be paid as agreed, either by arrival or upon check-in.
2. Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt. The tax must be paid on-site upon arrival.
3. Accepted Payment Methods.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash – Debit card – Bank transfer – Cheques – Credit card
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. For cancellations after this period or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained. Early departures do not entitle the guest to any refund. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival or no-show: 100% penalty (the full amount is due).

5. Booking changes
Any changes (number of guests, dates) will be handled based on availability and may result in a price adjustment.
